Performances in Sports

In the modern age , man’s life is full of Physical and Mental Stress which can be relieved by doing physical exercise and sports activities. In this institution So many competitions are being conducted. Many of our students participate at District ,State and National levels in the game of , Kho-Kho and Athletics, in All India Inter Zonal Mahatma Hans Raj Aryan Tournament organized by our DAV organization. We have a good games teacher Bratendru Prusthi. In his guidance our school’s children got good name and fame in and out of DAV Organization. We were in best two teams of CBSE Cluster II to participate in CBSE National Kho – Kho – 2011 held in Haryana.

• Mahatama Hansraj Kho – Kho Zonal Tournament- 2010 – Winner (Girls Kho – Kho) held in DAV Public School, Sizua Dhanbad.
• Mahatama Hansraj Kho – Kho Zonal Tournament- 2011- Runners Up (Boys Kho- Kho) held in DAV Public School, Township Area, Bhawnathpur, Garhwa.
• Mahatama Hansraj Kho – Kho Zonal Tournament- 2011 – Runners Ups (Girls Kho – Kho) held in DAV Public School, Ara (Kuzu) 
• All India MHRAT – 2011- Students partipated in Regional Zonal Team 
• MHRAT – 2012 – Zonal Kho- Kho – Runners Up (Kho – Kho Girls) held in DAV Public School, Ara, Ramgarh 
• CBSE Cluster II - 2012 – Runners Ups (Kho – Kho Boys) held in J. N. M. Senior Secondary School, Digwdih, Dhanbad
