Mr. U. K. Roy, M.Sc. (Chem), B.ed, started his journey in DAV Public School, C.C.L, Giridih , Jharkhand on 16th June 1997 as PGT(Chem) and spent his valuable 10 years and 01 month there and then his services transfered from Giridih to DAV Public School,CCL Kathara, Bokaro, Jharkhand. In his 10 years tennure he worked  in the capacity of I/C chemistry Department, House master,  House co-ordinator, Exam I/C of CBSE examination, Discipline I/C. He participated in Master trainer programme DAV CMC, New Delhi in April 2004 and he also attended Seminar-cum- workshop held at DAV Public School Hehal, Ranchi, DAV Hazaribagh, Delhi Public School, Dhanbad in AIDS awareness programme conducted by CBSE.  He gave very good result  in Chemistry  in both the school. He got an appreciation letter from Hon'ble Smriti Jubin Irani minister of Human Resource and Development , Govt. of India for very good result in chemistry. He participated All India seminar cum workshop held at DAV Jalandhar from 21st Dec - 29th Dec 1999. Finally DAV College Managing committe gave him their blessing to act in the capacity of Principal at DAV Public School, Urimari, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand from 31st March 2015.
