1.  The school conducts four Unit Test under Formative Assessment and Two summative Assessment for classes VI to X. Apart from it continuous and comprehensive evaluation is also organised time to time.
2. For classes III to V, School conducts Monthly Test including written examination, oral Test and project work round the year.
3. For classes LKG to II, School conducts Surprise Tests on the basis of continuous assessment.

Promotion Rules
1.  While awarding promotion to a higher class , the folowing weightage shall be given upto VIII;
    a) Formative Assessments            : (FA-1, 2, 3 & 4)
    b) First and Second Summative Examination    : (SA 1, & SA 2)
2. For Sr. Sec. Classes the student’s rank shall be determined on the basis of his/her total marks in all the tests and examination.
3. For promotion, a 40% aggregate is compulsary. A supplementary  examination (only for very genuine cases) may be held in April.
4. Only with an attendance of 75 % a student is entitled to take the Annual Examination or the CBSE examination.

Promotion to Higher Class
1.  Every  student is required to get a qualifying grade D or above in all the subjects excluding 6th additional subject as per scheme of study for the purpose of promotion to next  class.
2. A student getting E1 or E2 grade in scholastic areas in one or more subjects will have to improve his/her performance in one subsequent attempts to obtain qualifying Grade D in these subjects.
3. If a student fails to obtain qualifying grade D in one or more subjects, even after adding grade points from co – scholastic areas  and after availing one improvement chance , he/she will be required to repeat the same class during next academic year.
4. It is mandatory to appear in both summative Assessments during the academic year.

Transfer  Certificate
A duplicate copy of the Transfer Certificate may be issued only on producing a copy of the FIR of the lost original certificate on a cash payment of Rs. 200.00.
